As a homebound patient it is easy to qualify for our services. You must be under the care of a physician, dentist or podiatrist and in need of intermittent skilled care. This may include instructions or hands on care as ordered by your primary physician Typically you are referred to us through your physician, but it can also come from your local hospital and medical facility that has engaged in your care. Family members and friends may also refer patients to us as well.
